Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Actin Pilates, we value your time and ours. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking a session.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Reschedule
Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
Packages and prepaid sessions
All packages are non-refundable.
Unused sessions must be used within the agreed validity period.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package.
Instructor cancellation
If Actin Pilates needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:
A full refund, or a rescheduled session at your convenience.
Health emergencies
We understand emergencies happen.
Please, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
